Michelle Cheverie has been working with real estate clients in the Sourthwest for 15 years. A personable and knowledgeable agent with experience to buy or lease commercial, investment or residential properties.
Born and raised in Ontario Canada, Michelle’s family was in the bar and restaurant industry where she learned at an early age the importance of hard work and promoting a self starter/ entrepreneurial spirit. This philosophy has been incorporated into her career choices.
Michelle also has worked with several Fortune 500 companies including McDonald’s, Disney and KFC/Taco Bell internationally.
Michelle believes in supporting the Real Estate community and works closely with the several charitable organizations including Suns Charities and Hunkapi Farms.

Nicole Chapdelaine, known as ‘Nikki’, grew up in Port St. Lucie,FL spending the last 25 years in Las Vegas.
Nicole served the hospitality industry for over 20 year with a strong client focus. She has assisted in growing businesses and revenue streams. Stretching her comfort zone, feeling slightly hesitant, she used her experience and confidence to move forward and opened a location that produced 4 times the opening numbers in just under 2 years.
Personally, Nicole enjoys working out, cooking and golfing on a regular basis. She also loves supporting all of the new athletic programs, professional and semi-professional that have finally made their way to Las Vegas!
